		<description>I am such a bad cook! I eat a lot of basics &amp; spice them up with non salt seasonings, portion control on mustards I like, things like that. Nothing fancy as it ne3ver quite works out for me! :-) I also use protein powder in my oatmeal &amp; yogurt &amp; other foods for some added protein since I weight lift pretty hard core.. as you know! :-) I don&#039;t eat hardly any packaged or frozen foods unless  the frozen is plain ole veggies or fruit.

Like Diane, I always rate my food when there is a choice for a treat. If it does not meet my 10 OR I can say to myself that I really would rather have something else &amp; I am just eating this because it is there, I turn it down. If it is not worth the calories &amp; what I have to do to work it off, it is a NOT for me.</description>

I&#039;m working on building a foundation, too. I&#039;ve realized that in order to make this a lifelong thing I need to focus on whole, natural foods and include exercise.</description>
