Stress & Grief: Feed Yourself

YES! I have stress and a little grief going on.  (We lost another longtime pet unexpectedly yesterday)

Stress from the economy, family issues, anticipation and waiting for news that might move my life forward.

So, in light of my NEWER healthy lifestyle pursuit…I am FEEDING myself today!

A little exercise, the proper food, and most important….KIND THOUGHTS…

I’ll be back after I take care of me………….OH WHAT A CONCEPT!

    Good for you for taking the time to take care of YOURSELF first because really, you cannot take care of others until you take care of you first.
