I am over at Woman’s Day today for the “official” start day for the WD Slimdown Project with Joy Bauer.
You’ve got such a pretty face BUT…..
This morning I am enjoying my coffee with NO sugar or sweetener. Not so bad.. Different yes…but not so bad.
This week, Step One, is RELEASE… a single intensive week of stripping away negative habits
And the thought from Joy and my nutritionist….
You are more than food.
You are stronger than a craving.
You are more complicated than a habit.
You are more thoughtful than mindless eating.
I have added the links over in the sidebar if you want to check things out….
Happy Monday! Oh and what’s in your coffee?

I coincidentally just saw an article in the magazine by Joy about her plan. The no sweeteners would be hard for me. I am not much of a coffee drinker but I am sitting here right now with my Crystal Lite. I love those points from Joy and the nutritionist:)
I am heading over there AFTER sleep so I can read it wide awake!!!!
Jules,
My coffee…black!! And I LOVE it that way. Mmmm…I’m savoring a cup right now….
This will be a GREAT week!
Love the WD article — wishing you much success. I will always suggest that Americans have this sort of God-given-right thing when it comes to enjoying our foods; cream in coffee, sauces, dressings, etc. We can live very well without so much of this, it’s just a matter of choice and acceptance. I wish you well…
Moderation truly works. You learn from listening to your inner/intuitive voice, as Jules has learned – to balance desire or false intuition with true self. Moderation doesn’t include harsh substances. I like a bit of milk in my (black) tea. Mindful eating is a key to “how does this feel inside?” “how do I feel and act after I eat this?” I’m learning that a lot these days.My humble thoughts
WONDERFUL PROVOCATIVE WD article this morning. .
