Today is all about Ch..Ch…Changes!
I am over at WD talking about Changes! Good Changes! Today was the first “official” weigh-in! (sorry but you have to wait until Monday)
but suffice it to say, I hit a milestone! I feel good! Yes, it is still about the attitude! But it is a changing attitude!
